Rip O'Steen has confirmed the Sept. program with Richard [Dick] L. Hinson, Jr. of Marianna, Florida. Dick is a native of Jackson County, has a vast knowledge of the War of Northern Aggression, and is an expert on the Battle of Marianna and other activities in the Panhandle of Florida. He has a resonating voice, a masterful raconteur of past events, can cast spells of awe upon his audiences and loves to share with others. He was a member of the Jackson County Camp for many years until it disbanded about 10 years ago. Also invited to attend is a male descendant of Gov. John Milton
